The latest preview of Windows Home Server, known as "Vail", has been released for download according to a post on Microsoft’s Windows Team Blog. Significant changes have been made to remote access functionality, now supporting OpenDNS and multi-NIC configurations for wireless networking. Moreover, users can look forward to the introduction of a new storage summary page that provides a quick overview of storage usage on the server.
Microsoft invites beta testers to download this updated version and contribute feedback via the Windows Home Server Team’s Connect site.
