Speaking on this subject, she stated, "To fully embrace new regions, we need to be open to adjusting the timing of the Games." She advocates for proactive discussions surrounding potential schedule changes, allowing countries to host the Olympics at times that are favorable to their particular climates.
Coventry’s commitment to expanding the Olympics reflects her desire for fairness and transparency in the selection of future hosts.
